This pen is made of Visconti’s proprietary basaltic volcanic lava polymer, the constituent basaltic material having been sourced from Mt Etna, one of Italy’s active volcanoes.
The material is extremely durable and hygroscopic, in an elegant grey-blue-black-silver-honey-brown coloration. The special coloration represents a world first in enhancing the volcanic lava polymer to a lustrous swirl texture.
