Buku Measure of the Earth

Sebuah lagi buku mengenai ekspedisi ahli geodesi Perancis untuk penentuan bentuk dan saiz bumi. Buku berjudul Measure of the Earth tulisan Larrie D Ferreiro diterbitkan pada tahun 2011.

Pengarang menyebut tentang bukunya .... "The book is about the past, but they are the present and the future".

Note:

While Ferreiro makes the scientific goals of the expedition clear, many of the book’s descriptions of surveying and astronomical-observation techniques difficult to comprehend.
