While visiting Macau spotted a McD right at the city tourist attraction center. A visitor stated that this particular McD located at Senado Square (click  source ). A McDonalds premise at Macau So it is very true what is written here ...  ... With so many McDonald’s located world-wide, many find it somewhat refreshing to see a familiar place when traveling in unfamiliar places. McDonald's began its establishment in HK in 1975. McD's was first opened at Paterson Street, Causeway Bay. The McD's swot - threat .... 1. Social changes, government, consumer groups encouraging balanced meals, 5 a day fruits and vegetables. 2. Focus by consumers on nutrition and healthier lifestyles. 3. Competitive pressures on the high street as new entrants offering value and greater product ranges and healthier lifestyles products (eg. subway, supermakets, M&S). 4. Bila membaca tentang Islam di Filipina kita akan temui nama Sheikh Makhdum Karim. Beliau berasal dari Arab dan datang berdagang ke Nusantara. Makhdum dikatakan sebagai pendakwah awal yang membawa Islam ke Filipina. Lebih tepatnya ke Sulu. Menurut artikel wiki Makhdum datang ke Filipina dari Johor. Beliau sampai ke Simunul Island (Tawi-Tawi) pada 1830. Beliau turut membina sebuah masjid - Masjid Karimul Makhdum di Indangan, Simunul, Tawi-Tawi. Masjid ini merupakan yang tertua di Filipina. Kalau kita mencari sumber bacaan tentang Islam dan Muslim di Filipina pasti akan kita temui hasil tulisan Cesar Adib Majul. Beliau memperolehi PhD dari Cornel University dan merupakan ahli sejarah Filipina serta pernah mengajar di Universiti of Philippines pada 1961-1971. Beliau memeluk Islam ketika umur dewasa. Majul banyak menulis tentang Islam di Filipina dan buku yang menonjol adalah Muslims in Philippines terbitan Univerrsity of Philippines. Melalui pembacaan beberapa artikel kita akan maklum banyaknya gua di Perlis. Gua yang banyak itu pula masing-masingnya telah ditemui dengan penemuan arkeologi yang menceritakan sejarah silam. Antara gua yang boleh disenaraikan adalah Gua Tegun Lembu (Beseri), Gua Berhala, Gua Kurong Batang (di Mukim Wang Bintong). Di GTL ditemui berbagai artifak tinggalan manusia purba. Ulama kedua yang terkenal selepas Syeikh Daud al-Fatani (susunan mengikut hayat kelahiran) ialah Syeikh Abdul Kadir bin Abdul Rahman al-Fatani atau Syeikh Nik Dir Patani. Beliau mewarisi kegemilangan ilmu Syeikh Daud Patani. Syeikh Nik Dir menganggap Syeikh Daud sebagai bapa angkat beliau. Dari segi keturunan keluarga sebelah ibu Syeikh Nik Dir adalah cucu saudara Syeikh Daud. Selain pertalian sebelah ibu, Syeikh Nik Dir juga mempunyai talian keluarga dengan Syeikh Daud Patani dari sebelah bapa. Nota: Ada seorang lagi ulama terkenal dengan nama hampir sama iaitu Syeikh Wan Abdul Kadir bin Wan Abdul Rahim al-Fatani. Nama panggilan beliau ialah Tok Syeikh Kadir Bukit Bayas atau Tuan Bukit Bayas. Beliau juga bertalian keluarga dengan Syeikh Nik Dir.  Ketika pergolakan di Patani Syeikh Nik Dir pernah melari diri ke tempat Tok Syeikh Kadir di Bukit Bayas.
